Each of Woolf’s experienced stylists, barbers and hair technicians has their own skillsets, specialisms, and style. 

They’re independent and set their own prices within our new framework for pricing your service.

Rather than hair type, length or gender we look at the time taken and the skills required – a more inclusive approach - whether you’re wanting a creative re-style or maintenance of your current look.

Our Services

What is included
All services include a consultation, luxury shampoo, head massage and complementary drink.

Arrivals
We kindly request you arrive on time for your appointment as your stylist will often be fully booked; if you arrive more than 10mins late they may not have enough time to carry out your service and you will be charged the full price of your booked service.

Feedback & Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service at Woolf or you just want to tell us how much you enjoyed it, please email us – we are always happy to help. Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. Tell someone you're not happy with the service you've received, either while you're in the salon or as soon as possible after leaving but within 2 weeks. We will listen to your feedback and ask questions as necessary to understand why you are making a complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks. If you have already left the salon, don’t go to another salon as we have the right to see exactly what the service or treatment you received from us looks like. We will arrange a suitable time for you to come back into our salon and discuss your complaint in private. Where we think your complaint is reasonable, we will redo the part or all of the service or treatment again as soon as possible, free of charge.

Cancellations
Client appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you and we ask all new clients having a service over a certain value to leave a deposit. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary and therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. When a client forgets or cancels their appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text or phone because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago. 

The following cancellation fees will apply:
Less than 24 hour notice - Will be charged equal to 100% of the reserved deposit amount.
No Show - Will be charged 100% of the reserved deposit amount.  
Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel - The client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the deposit amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
