“I’ve been part of Woolf since we opened Woolf Kings X in January 2023.

I’ve been in the hair industry for fifteen years, starting my hairdressing apprenticeship at eighteen. Growing up in London meant I was surrounded by an incredible mix of cultures, creativity, art and fashion, and that inspiration has stayed with me throughout my career.

My journey started in Kensington and Selfridges before I joined Joe Mills thirteen years ago, continuing my apprenticeship at The Lounge and Joe & Co in the heart of Soho. Learning alongside such talented people in one of London’s most creative neighbourhoods shaped not only my technical skills, but my passion for the industry as a whole.

After qualifying, I found my path in barbering and spent eight years building my career across London, working in Brixton, Marylebone, Holborn, Soho and beyond. During that time, I became a fully booked barbering specialist and built lasting relationships with clients who trusted me with their hair for years.

After Covid, I felt ready for a new challenge. I wanted to expand my skills beyond the chair and explore the business side of the industry. I continued cutting part-time while working on reception in our Soho salons.

Since joining Woolf Kings X, I’ve grown into my role as Salon Coordinator, where no two days are ever the same. Supporting our incredibly talented team, and building genuine connections with our clients. For me, Woolf not only produces great hair - it’s about creating a welcoming, creative space where everyone feels comfortable being themselves, and I’m proud to be part of shaping that every day.”
