“I have been working in the hair industry for over 10 years now, seven of those as a full-time hairstylist and barber. I first realised I wanted to go into barbering when my friends and I bought ourselves some clippers to save money and just gave it a go! The best part of being a hairdresser is ‘the chat’, the banter; in my eyes, it’s the best job in the world.
Clients should visit me if they want a relaxed professional environment. Someone to chat away with as well as getting an amazing haircut. I enjoy working with longer softer styles, hair that’s wearable day to day with minimal styling. I feel my strengths are in longer softer masculine looks. With my hairdressing background it really helps me create great hairstyles.
The best hair advice I could give to a client that has the potential to make the biggest change to their hair would be to accept your natural hair; try not to fight it too much. The quicker you accept your natural hair the faster you with love how it looks day to day.
